Termos de Serviço

• Eu trabalho com um forms, visto e aprovado pelo cliente antes da comissão. Um exemplo do forms pode ser visto aqui.* Pagamento deve ser feito por pix, paypal, em ate 12x no cartão ou MBWAY.• Se houver alguma expressão +18 (exemplo peitos ou genitália a mostra), uma taxa NSFW será cobrada.• Todas as comissões podem ser mostradas em live ou no twitter ao longo do processo, caso o cliente não deseje isso uma taxa de sigilo (equivalente a 10% do valor da comissão será cobrado).• Caso cliente queria reservar um espaço na Lista de Espera, basta apenas mandar uma mensagem para mim e este será colocado no final da lista.• Ao longo da comissão, o cliente poderá realizar testes do modelo a partir do primeiro update, contudo uma marca d'agua será colocada sob o modelo sendo retirada para a entrega final.• Em caso de desistência durante a comissão por parte do cliente, 30% do valor pago será devolvido e os direitos do comissionador sobre o produto serão negados.• Em caso de desistência ao final da comissão, nenhum valor será reembolsado e os direitos ao rig serão negados.• Em caso de desistência de comissão por conta da rigger, 70% do valor da comissão será devolvido.• Os preços listados são o mínimo cobrado, e o valor deles pode variar de acordo com a complexidade do modelo.• Arquivo de Live2D não é incluso, mas caso o cliente queira um valor de 100% do preço da comissão será cobrado.• Pagamento é esperado até o primeiro update do progresso do rig, após isso se não for efetuado, o projeto ficará parado até o pagamento acordado. O prazo máximo de retenção do modelo sem pagamento é de 2 meses contando a partir do dia que o forms foi respondido. Caso esse prazo chegue ao fim, será considerado como desistência e os arquivos serão apagados.• Após a entrega do produto, o cliente possui 1 mês de suporte gratis, depois disso quaisquer alterações, updates, etc, serão devidamente cobrados.

Pagamento

• Como mencionado acima, pagamento deve ser feito por pix, paypal, em ate 12x no cartão ou MBWAY.• Pagamentos a vista no Pix recebem 100 reais de desconto.• O cliente pode parcelar em ate 6 vezes sem juros no cartão ou em ate 12 vezes com juros no cartão.• MBWAY é um metodo de pagamento exclusivo para clientes que moram em Portugal.• Até o presente momento, pedir para ter prioridade não é uma opção pois não faz bem para minha saúde mental.

Terms of Service

• I work through forms, that is seen and approved by the clients before the comissions. A sample of the forms document can be seen here.• Payment should be made through paypal.• Payment can be done in installments, something to be discussed with the client.• In case of use of the emergency/priority tax, it is expected that the client will pay it in full before the comission starts. In case I fail to deliver the model by the time agreed to, 70% of the value of the tax will be returned.• If there is any NSFW expressions (such as nudity for example), a NSFW tax will be charged.• All comissions can be shown in livestreams or on twitter throughout the process, in case the client does not wish this to happen a secrecy tax will be charged (abouut 10% of the price of model).• If the client wants to reserve a spot in the waitlist, all they have to do is message me and they will get added to the bottom of the list and be called when their time comes.• Throughout the comission, the client may do as many tests as they want starting from the first update, however, the model will have a watermark that iwll be removed for the delivery of the product.• If the client gives up on the comission during the process, 30% of the paid value is given back and any rights for the comission are denied.• In case of withdrawal at the end of the commission, no amount will be refunded and rights to the rig will be denied.• If the commission is waived by rigger, 70% of the commission amount will be refunded.• The prices listed are the minimum charged, and their value may vary depending on the complexity of the model.• Live2D file is not included, but if the customer wants it then 100% of the commission price will be charged.• Payment is expected until the first update of the rig's progress, after which if it is not made, the project will be stopped until the agreed payment. The maximum retention period for the model without payment is 2 months from the day the form was responded to. If this period ends, it will be considered a withdrawal and the files will be deleted.• After delivery of the product, the customer has 1 month of free support, after which any changes, updates, etc., will be duly charged.
